Love the brand - disappointed in customer service
Ordered an item, didn’t have right size so sent what they had, reached out and they said to return it, returned it, month goes by and I reached out, well they got it back but forgot to send the other one, told me it’s shipping the next day, 3 days go by, get an email saying don’t have it so asked me to pick something else which I didn’t see anything in my size that I wanted or didn’t have, told them to please just refund me and another month has gone by and checked statements and no refund or response. Never had an issue in the past and have ordered before and loved products. Really frustrating and disappointed because I loved the mom friendly workout apparel.
